Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: [11-06-2026]
NOMO organises international travel experiences with fixed dates and limited availability. For this reason, once a booking is confirmed, cancellation charges apply.
As a general rule, bookings are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or where NOMO expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
This applies to:
- deposits or partial payments;
- full trip payments;
- included travel services;
- optional activities or add-ons.
By completing a purchase, paying a deposit, or confirming a booking, the customer agrees to this policy.
Cancellations by the Customer

- 15 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the total booking price

Any requested change may:

- written notice is given no later than 7 days before departure;
- the replacement traveller meets all travel requirements; and
- all related fees or price differences are paid in full.
NOMO may refuse a transfer where it is not reasonably possible.
Cancellation by NOMO
If NOMO cancels a trip before departure due to operational reasons, minimum group size not being met, supplier failure, or any circumstance making the trip impracticable, customers will be entitled to either:
- a full refund of amounts paid to NOMO; or
- an alternative trip of equal or similar value, where available.
NOMO may also cancel a booking if payment deadlines are not met.
Extraordinary Circumstances
NOMO is not responsible for delays, changes, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, government restrictions, border closures, public health emergencies, strikes, civil unrest, or transport disruption.
In such cases, NOMO will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative or operational solution where possible. Refunds or alternative arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances of the case.
Issues During the Trip
If any issue arises during the trip in relation to accommodation, transport, activities, or any other contracted service, customers must contact NOMO immediately at:
Failure to notify NOMO promptly may affect our ability to assist or resolve the issue.
No-Show and Unused Services
No refund will be issued for:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel insurance is not included in the trip price.
